Mind Movement ​

Several characteristics of the Telekinetic person may be; draining batteries or light bulbs, changing traffic lights just by wishing it, crashing computers, freezing phone and getting that perfect parking spot...all the time! 

There are many exercises to improve your control of this gift, although it is not a "quick fix".  Training to strengthen this gift could take years of learning, and a lifetime of practice.  Once you reach one level, you will want to begin a new higher level of development. 

Telekinesis (another word for Psychokinesis) is connected to the 3rd eye and Crown Chakra energy center.  It is a form of "mind over matter" and it speaks to the mind being able to move matter.  

If you are a movie buff you may have seen the movie Carrie, where our embarrassed prom queen turns her gift of Telekinesis into murder and mayhem.  Trust me, it only works that way in Hollywood. Simple movements are more typical of TK or Telepathy.

Telepathy is the twin to the Telekinesis gift.  This can evolve reading other people's thoughts, even if it is just sporadic.
